To transport cryogenic, liquefied gases from "A to B" with almost no loss, we have developed special vacuum super insulated transfer lines. These transfer line systems are characterized by their high thermal quality.

Vacuum super insulated transfer lines in flexible and rigid construction.

We take over the project planning, production and installation of your cryogenic piping systems in vacuum super insulated design for the liquid gases nitrogen, oxygen, helium and argon.

Thanks to the super-insulation, even larger distances can be bridged economically. Our experienced engineers guarantee you safe and cost-saving operation of your cryogenic plants with our piping systems through the consistently applied modular principle. To ensure that cryogenic liquefied gas is always directly available at the point of use, components such as phase separators and gas phase separators are included in the scope of delivery.

The transfer lines can be designed in various nominal widths with plug-in or welded couplings. Vacuum super insulated hand valves, pneumatic valves as well as pressure and level controls complete the range of the cryogenic piping system.

To ensure that your project can be implemented within the shortest possible time, we are at your side from the very beginning. Together with you, we carry out the planning, construction and installation of the cryogenic piping system tailored to your plans.

A modular system specially developed for nominal diameters DN 14 and DN 25 is suitable for a wide range of tasks and is available from stock in standard lengths of 3, 6 and 12 m.

  • Inner pipe made of highly corrosion-resistant, cold-resistant stainless steel (1.4301), completely welded
  • Combined vacuum sealing and safety device protects the vacuum chamber from impermissibly high pressure
  • Expansion compensator for the compensation of thermal length changes
  • Multilayer vacuum insulation through computer-optimized thermodynamic design
